You can email Mike directly to get started. Send the business information needed for the application and he can prepare it for you, then send it back for your review and electronic signature.
Your authorisation and e-signature are always required before an application can be submitted — nothing is submitted on your behalf without it. Bank statements and other supporting business documents can also be provided by email when requested.
One exception: highly sensitive identity information, such as a Social Security number or photo ID, should go through the secure application or secure upload rather than an ordinary email message.
