Business Funding & Capital Advisory

Capital options for established businesses.

Working capital, term, and property-backed structures — reviewed by a capital advisor who participates in the funding, not a form that sells your details on.

Uses of capital

Capital is a tool for a specific job.

Working capital

Cover payroll, rent and day-to-day operating costs through uneven months.

Inventory

Buy stock ahead of a busy season or take advantage of supplier pricing.

Equipment

Repair or replace the equipment the business runs on.

Expansion

Open a location, add capacity, or take on larger contracts.

Cash-flow gaps

Bridge the gap between work delivered and invoices paid.

Property-backed capital

Business-purpose capital secured against property you already own.

Process

Five steps. You always know what is outstanding.

01

Tell us about the business

A few minutes. Business details only — no Social Security number and no bank logins on the form.

02

Complete the secure application

You provide what is needed for review. Your progress is saved as you go.

03

Provide required documents

We tell you exactly what is outstanding, and nothing more than that.

04

Review the available paths

We look at which capital options realistically fit the business.

05

Speak with an advisor

Mike reviews the file and tells you straight whether it is worth pursuing.

Capital paths

Not every business fits every path.

Working out which are realistic is the first part of the review.

Business Funding

Working capital for established businesses, including first and second position.

Term Financing

Fixed-term options for businesses with stronger credit and operating history.

Property-Backed Capital

Business-purpose capital where suitable property equity exists.

Specialty Review

Situations that do not fit a standard box and need a human to look at them.

Why owners work with us

A real advisor

You speak to Mike, not a call queue.

Several paths

More than one type of capital is considered before anything is recommended.

Secure by design

Sensitive documents are handled through a private, encrypted upload — never the form.

No guesswork

You always know which document is outstanding and what happens next.

Common questions

Does applying affect my credit?

The request form itself does not pull credit. If a funding path requires a credit review, you are told before it happens.

What do you need from me?

Business details to start. If the file progresses, typically an application and recent business bank statements. We tell you exactly what is outstanding at each stage.

Where does the capital come from?

Prime Prosperity is not a bank. Depending on the transaction, capital may come through direct funding relationships in which we participate, through syndication arrangements, or through additional funding partners. Every transaction is subject to underwriting, documentation, eligibility and final approval by the applicable funding source.

Do you sell my information to other brokers?

No. Your funding request stays within the Prime Prosperity process. We do not operate as a public lead marketplace and we do not sell your request to unrelated brokers.

How long does it take?

It depends on the path and how quickly documents come back. The fastest thing you can do is complete the application and send the requested documents in one go.

What if I am not sure I want funding yet?

That is a normal answer. Ask the question, get a straight review, and decide afterwards. There is no obligation to proceed.
